Serious inquiries ONLY!! 1. Must be at least 18 years old. 2. Must not have any other permanent makeup done on their eyebrows. 3. Must not have oily skin/ large pores/ acne around the eyebrows. 4. Must not be breastfeeding or pregnant. 5.Must be available April 27th, April 28th & April 29th between 10am -2pm. 6. Must be available to stay for the entire service 1 1/2 to 3 hours. 7. Must not have any major health issues or be taking any blood thinner medication. 8. Must be reliable and on time.
