Seeking Position Title: Maintenance Technician/Guest Concierge Position Summary: Beaudin Construction is seeking a Vacation Rental Maintenance Technician/Guest Concierge. Carpenter experience strongly preferred. Job duties to include non-skilled and skilled property maintenance labor, grounds maintenance, creating and implementing routine maintenance schedules, basic construction labor and job site cleanup, customer service to rental guests, and rental property cleaning. Candidate will perform duties such as scheduling and performing routine property maintenance, non-routine and emergency maintenance, grounds maintenance, meeting service providers on site, providing customer care to include answering guest calls and resolving guest concerns, and occasional rental property cleaning. During specific construction projects the duties will include job clean up, moving materials about site, installing fixtures, receiving deliveries, and carpentry. Responsibilities: • Provides Non-Skilled and Skilled Labor to include: • Routine and non-routine property maintenance • Grounds maintenance • Guest concierge service to include answering guest calls and responding to guest requests/concerns • Vacation rental cleaning • Job clean up • Moving materials about site • Installing fixtures • Carpentry Recommended Qualifications: • Customer Service experience preferred • Carpentry skills strongly desired • Familiarity with construction and job sites Requirements: • Pass background check and drug screening • Reliable transportation • Ability and willingness to learn • Strong work ethic and ethical standards • Lift and carry 50 pounds or more • Highly dependable • Motivated to learn and grow in the field • Integrity Work Environment: • Vacation rental properties in Lincoln County, Oregon. Project sites including construction trailers. Compensation: • $20-$25/hr Depending on experience Full-time or Part-Time. Somewhat flexible work hours/days. Must have some availability on weekends to respond to emergency maintenance calls.
