Description
Construction Company located in Westminster, CA is looking for an Operations Manager.
The Operations Manager will successfully direct and manage multiple crews to achieve company quality standards on all projects. This individual oversees the scheduling, and project budgets and will be actively involved in all areas of the crew’s work.
The responsibilities will include:
Manages all Production staff.
Managing the affiliated job site activities (truck operators, suppliers, traffic control, other contractors, etc.)
Scheduling of projects.
Coordinate with customers before, during, and after the project.
Compaction
Assure that all employees are treated in accordance with the code of conduct and guidelines.
Assure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
Successful completion of projects from customer & employer perspective
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalency preferred and more than 8 years of experience in the construction industry.
OSHA Certified is preferred.
Availability to Travel
Valid DL.
This position will also receive a company vehicle, fuel card, and company cell phone.
