Appliance Repair Technician ----------------------------------------- We are local appliance repair company currently looking for a Technician to join our team! We partnered with major home warranty companies that generate steady volume of work. Our company is family-owned & operated and has been in business for over 10 years! We have a strong reputation as a leader in the appliance repair trade in Riverside County. We are seeking applicants who desire to provide superior workmanship that will exceed the expectations of our clients. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE is a self-motivated, customer service-oriented repair technician with exceptional attention to detail and is someone who takes great pride in the quality of their work and is passionate about providing exemplary customer service! We are looking for a handy man, who can fix things. We will train and educate for the rest. REQUIREMENTS. - Appliance repair experience preferred (refrigerators, washers, dishwashers, microwaves, etc.). - Must be able to pass full background check & driving record check. - Must have a valid Driver's License. - Must have a reliable source of transportation and be able to commute to work (Hemet/Menifee). - Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs regularly. - Must be able to twist, bend, pull, push, reach and stoop regularly. - Basic computer skills will be needed TRAINING. We offer up to 1 month occupational appliance repair training in the field with an employment opportunity upon completion. RESPONSIBILITIES. As an appliance repair technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs in a residential community. You will diagnose and repair major home appliances such as microwaves, ovens, dryers, washing machines, refrigerators, etc. in customers’ homes to highest quality standards and resident’s satisfaction. You will be required to effectively communicate, perform quality work in a safe manner and provide exemplary customer service. COMPENSATION. This is W-2 position. We provide comprehensive compensation and bonus schedule, on-going training and professional development. We supply vehicle, tools and uniform.
