Looking for an independent and trustworthy Maintenance Technician to assist our operation in Orleans County. The Technician’s main duty is to ensure that our properties are maintained to the highest standards and that our operation continues to run smoothly. Desired Skills: Plowing Experience is a plus! Working knowledge in the fields of Electrical, Plumbing, Painting, Heating & Cooling and General Construction/Carpentry Strong work ethic Ability to work independently on multiple projects as well as work with a team to complete projects when necessary Ability to finish multiple projects in one day Must have reliable transportation Must be willing and able to be on call Friendly demeanor when interacting with tenants and co - workers Must have: -Clean drivers record/license -Good physical health -Good attitude and be ready to work The position will earn $20/ hour.
