Looking for dog training with boarding

Hi, I'm looking for help for my 3 year old Boston Terrier. He's never been probably trained and I need help. He is not house trained and pees all over my apartment especially when he's mad at me. He's impossible to walk as he screams in the elevator with excitement but it's a horrible scream. One you get him out of the building he pulls the leash so hard that walking him is a nightmare. I love my dog but I need to get help because as use I cannot handle it anymore. He's ruin I no my home and it's so hard to take him anywhere. I don't know what to do. Can anyone help? I think he needs a board and train situation but everything is so expensive. If anyone we out y he can help please let me know. I can pay if it's reasonable. Otherwise I will have to find him a new home and I love him. Please help me help him. 🙏
