We're on the third floor of the Music Building in Midtown, with large windows overlooking Eighth Avenue. Enjoy the natural light and the view while you rehearse! Room comes with PA, drum kit, amps, AC and separate storage area for each share. Clean, smoke-free. Freight elevator for load out/in. The other musicians in the room are all long-timers, respectful and responsible. One or two blocked out nights per week are available, from 6pm to midnight (or later). I’ll include her tank, heating pad, two small rock hides (she loves them both) a water dish, a tree branch she uses. I have found a valid Mexican Passport that I'm sure someone would like to have back as quickly as possible. If I'm unable to get it back to its rightful owner within the next few days I will go through the proper governmental channels to have it returned but in the meantime am hoping to save the owner the money and hassle of replacing it so if you have lost a Mexican Passport or know someone who has then respond to me here and I will get it returned after taking steps to verify that the person responding is the rightful owner.
