Looking to play i'm female open to anything. ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` ` `Meat Loaf tribute band forming! (Nordeast Minneapolis)© craigslist - Map data © OpenStreetMapSweet Loaf is coming together, but we cannot do it without you! This will be one rocking project, if I can find a competent keyboard player that's great, but I'm ready to try this as a guitar-based project. I'm the drummer, Chaz Damrow. The person doing the Meat Loaf role is Jeff McLauchlin.High quality mastering by a pro with over 30 years experience (in Los Angeles and Twin Cities). Work with ALL styles of music... Rock, R&B, Jazz, Hip Hop, Acoustic; Classical, Orchestral, Choral, etc. Stellar sound quality, correct playback levels for CD production and streaming. Quick turnaround.... Affordable rates.... No nonsense! Zazerac is a soul jazz group that used to play decent gigs in the Memphis/Germantown area once or twice a month for about 5 years before Covid broke. We have been on ice for the last two years. Recently Collierville Fair on the Square offered Zazerac the 5 pm spot on Saturday May 7. Unfortunately the drummer and bassist have moved on, so that's the reason for this ad. This is a free show, but its a lot of fun in front of a large crowd. Its a short 40 minute set of easy material if you know this genre. I will be looking for paying gigs again after this show is over. Some songs on the set list: Pass the Peas - James Brown Cissy Strut - The Meters Higher Ground - Stevie Wonder Get Lucky - Pharrell Mr Magic - Grover Washington Green Onions - Booker T Stormy Monday - Allman Brothers If You Want Me to Stay - Sly Stone Mercy Mercy - Adderly Brothers Rock and Roll band needs vocals (we are open to either male or female). If you also play an instrument, that's a plus but not required. We are guitar, bass, and drums with one of us singing a few songs and some backup. Our set list could be mostly considered classic rock, but includes everything from a few 50s/60s songs up through the 90s...everything from Eddie Cochran to Stone Temple Pilots. We get together every week and our focus is on playing good music that we enjoy. This is a hobby not a job, we are not rock stars and we all have day jobs and families. We have a couple private parties planned for the summer and hope to book a few more gigs once we have vocals on board.
