From the City of Norwich: June 18, 2020 The Otis Library is changing its internet filtering and computer use policy to conform to the tenets of the Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA). A public hearing on these changes will take place via Zoom on Thursday, June 25 at 4:00 p.m. To register and receive login information and a copy of the proposed policy please contact Bob Farwell, Executive Director, Otis Library at 860.889.2365 ext. 122 or at [email protected].
