Simple solution, eliminate NYS income tax, and institute a state sale tax, everyone, especially the welfare slugs will then be paying into the tax base. Then they will have a right to bitch. require NYS politicians to pay a flat 20% state sales tax, since the corrupt fuckers live out of state most of the time. Every four years, tax payers will vote on pay raises and benefit packages for NYS politicians. Only a complete idiot thinks that is something the politicians should decide.
