Job description: We’re looking for housekeepers to join our team at our Brewster Bed and Breakfast / Inn. Note: Additional precautions and procedures are in place and change as needed for COVID19 to help ensure staff safety. Job Details: - Approximately 25 to 30 hours per week (can be more if you want); Start time is 10:00 AM – on 4-6 days per week (including weekends). Competitive pay for hospitality experience and customer service oriented applicants, and lunch is provided (you can take away or eat on site). Training will be provided by current staff and owner/innkeeper. Position reports to owner / innkeeper. Duties include: - clean guest rooms and bathrooms, as well as corridors, stairways, lounges, and common spaces (includes remaking beds with clean linens, vacuuming, washing surfaces and floors, windows, polishing furniture, dusting - restock room supplies such as drinking glasses, water bottles, coffee supplies, soaps, shampoos, writing supplies, bath tissue, replace dirty linens with clean items - trash removal from rooms, separate trash and recycling items and place in outside dumpsters - transport all dirty laundry to laundry room - distribute linen, towels and room supplies to housekeeping supply closets - observe and report damage of inn property
