German Shepherd Romping Around Kennedy Park

I saw a healthy looking German Shepherd running through Kennedy Park at 7:30pm Tuesday night 4/19. I'm guessing it was a female because she was on the smaller side, probably around 60lb. She has a mostly-black shaggy coat and is wearing a leather collar. She looks a lot like the dog pictured in the attached photo. When I spotted her, she was running parallel to Broadway, headed from Bradford Ave to Middle St. She darted out in front of my car and crossed Broadway at the intersection of Middle St, into the lower half of the park. From there, she ran through the park, diagonally toward Bay St/Bradford. I couldn't get her to stop running so I called local PD at at 7:37pm. She seems really sweet and is acting like she's having a great time romping around. Fingers crossed she gets home safely!
