Drunk Woman Throws Curbing At Restaurant Window: Report

NORWICH, CT — A Colchester woman was arrested on charges that she drunkenly attempted to order food at a closed Popeye's and threw a chunk of the curb at the restaurant's window, according to The Norwich Bulletin. Josalyn Owolabi, 38, was charged with breach of peace. Police told the Bulletin Owolabi arrived at the Popeye's at 10:05 p.m. Tuesday and after attempting to order at a closed drive-thru window, became angry and claimed the restaurant had taken her money without giving her any food. She then picked up a piece of the asphalt curb and threw it at the building.
