Join us for our FREE Mommy-and-Me yoga class on Friday, May 6 from 10:00am-11:00am! Practice breathing, stretches and gentle yoga poses. Click here to register by entering your zip code! This unique class is for new mothers and toddlers up to 3-years-old. Moms will have the opportunity to regain strength and tone muscle while bonding, singing and playing with their babies. You and your child will also have the opportunity to connect with other moms and children. Prior yoga experience is not needed to join this class. Please bring your own mat. We look forward to seeing you and your little ones! *New moms should receive permission from their care provider to begin this or any exercise postpartum.*
