PROFIL: Fraîche is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated individual to assist in the growth and development of our expansion in New York. We are creating the future of food at the office. We deliver and delight multiple offices everyday. We are looking for a hard-working individual motivated by learning and growth opportunities that has the ability to work both independently and within a team. MISSIONS: **— Inventory & orders.** 🍋 Audit and report inventory on daily basis. 🍋 Suggest to the manager the qties to order/restock (based on inventory). 🍋 Restock and order items from various established vendors. **— Products creation.** 🍋 Create new product and add them in our databases and system. 🍋 Ensure new products integration and deployment. **— Receiving & dispatch.** 🍋 Follow vendors pick up, ensure delivery at the hub and handle products receiving. 🍋 Keep a close communication with other internal teams to ensure processes (receiving/dispatch) are as prepared & smooth as possible. **— Delivery rounds.** 🍋 Handover the packed bins to the delivery team. 🍋 Manage fleet of drivers (be the main point of contact if any 911 issues). 🍋 Complete delivery reporting. **— Management & hub responsibility.** 🍋 Report to our VP of Operations. 🍋 Manage hub associate, monitore work and ensure the safety of the team while handling deliveries, using equipments... 🍋 Respect (and propose to manager) hub practices and protocols to make sure processes/organization at the hub is very efficient. 🍋 Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. 🍋 Respect and be compliant with Food Safety, GMP’s, HACCP, Safety Compliance and FD’s policies or any other rules established by your manager. 🍋 Support and participate various company projects, initiatives and programs as needed **Qualifications:** — High school diploma. — Bachelor's degree preferred. — Familiarity with inventory management systems. — Basis computer skills (Microsoft suite...). **Requirements:** — Vaccination required. — Must be willing and able to work in a refrigerated (38 degrees) and freezer environment. — Must be able to lift 50 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10–12 hours, willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, with or without reasonable accommodation. — Must be able to work on a flexible schedule if required. — Manufacturing, production, sanitation, food safety knowledge, HACCP, GMP, and OSHA a plus. — Experienced in food, perishables, and/or short shelf-life a plus. — English Required. ***Part-time job leading to a Full time position within the next 3 to 6 month.*** — Monday to Friday — Early morning job — At least 25hrs/week 📍 Our hub is in Soho (NY, Manhattan) Company: For the past year, we have been working towards the same goal: **Fueling NYC with fresh in-office eats more sustainably!** The global pandemic we just went through made us realize health & wellness was really important to all of us, and It starts with food.
