High End General Construction Company located in New York City seeks a full time Project Manager. The position requires: • At least 10 years of experience in residential projects • Experience in managing multiple projects, managing personnel and subcontractors on site to ensure compliance with project specifications • In-depth knowledge of all trades involved in general construction • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, scopes, and any other project documents • Ability to take field dimensions for millwork production if necessary • Ability to coordinate and update project schedules and ensure completion in timely manner, and meeting project deadlines • Knowledge of computer programs such as: Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, Project etc. • Must be proficient in making SK’s or hand sketches if necessary • Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations (minimum 40 Hour SST OSHA card required on all NYC jobsites) • Coordination and effective communication between other company managers, architects, building personnel, suppliers etc. Please send your resumes if you are interested in applying for this position.
