Join Penn and Beech Candle Co. and The Whitney House for a night of candle pouring and cocktail making in Old Worthington. Penn and Beech Candle Co and The Whitney House are joining together to create a Sunday evening night out in Old Worthington! Starting at 4:00, you’ll pour your own custom-scented 11oz candle! With more than 100 fragrances, you’ll find more than a handful you’ll love. That’s where our Scent Experts come in – they’ll help you narrow down your list to just a few scents that blend perfectly together. You’ll design your label and mix your oils to create your truly unique custom scent, which you’ll then pour and stir. While the candles cool, you will head next door to the beautiful Whitney House for a private cocktail creation experience. Their professional mixologists and bartenders will guide you through hands-on class on making two different specialty cocktails off their menu. During the experience, the light fare will be provided by the Whitney House kitchen to enjoy. After the class, you will have time to enjoy the cocktails that you create during the experience. Your custom-poured candles will be delivered to The Whitney House while you are finishing your snacks and cocktails in the dining room. Your $75 ticket includes: one custom poured 11oz candle, a small group experience for creating specialty cocktails, two specialty cocktails from the Whitney House menu, and light fare to enjoy during the class.
