NORWICH, CT — The Rose Arts Festival, originally scheduled for June 27, will be canceled, according to The Day. Festival organizers said that the responsible choice was to set their sights on planning for the 2021 festival. The Rose Arts Committee will still recognize people making the community better by selecting Hometown Heroes and announcing them virtually. Winners will be mailed commemorative gifts, according to The Day.
