Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the Norwich City Clerk will be changing it's rules for the #1 Dog Status in Norwich.
The rules are as follows:
Send an email to [email protected] by June 15, 2020 containing a message no longer them 200 words describing why your dog should be the No. 1 dog in Norwich. Upon receipt of the submissions, we will pick the "Number #1 Dog". Your license will be paid for.
