Attendees can expect a 45-minute food literacy segment. The session will include snack & meal preparation ideas and the benefits of nutritional dieting.
Youth will have a blast in the 45 min segment focusing on "Speed & Agility" performance drills. This training session will improve flexibility, control & balance, and core strength.
In parallel, adults can expect a sweat sesh line-dancing that will keep you moving and build endurance—dancing for all levels, ages, shapes, and sizes.
