BlandaScaping, LLC is looking for a hard working and dependable landscape laborer to join the team of our small, but expanding business operating out of Woodbury, New Jersey. We are growing, and we’d like dedicated team members to grow with us. Individual will perform various tasks in relation to: Organic Landscaping and Installations Lawn Care and Maintenance Hardscaping Pay Rate begins at $16.00 an hour for a two week "working interview". Afterwards the hourly rate will increase and is based on integrity, dependability and experience. This is a Full-Time Plus position. Must be drug-free. Dependability, honesty and integrity are absolute necessities. Experience is preferred, but not necessary. However, employees need to be able to learn skills, tools and equipment at a reasonable pace. This is a seasonal position typically running from early March through December. Attendance is a paramount. Employees need to be able to arrive for work everyday and on time. Scheduling can vary do to work load and weather, but a typical week will require the employee to work: 7 am to 5 pm (or until completion) Monday through Friday. Some Saturdays will be necessary, especially during the Spring. Must have a reliable means of transportation to and from work. Landscaping and Lawncare can be very rewarding work, but can also be very physically demanding. Hard work has to be something that is enjoyed, not just tolerated.
