A four week introduction to yoga concepts, including poses, breath work, meditation and more! Perfect for new or returning yogis! Have you been interested in yoga but unsure how to start? Do you feel you're not flexible enough, too out of shape from quarantine, or too out of practice to join a yoga studio? This series is for YOU! This is a four week series focused on alignment and asana to assist in building your practice from the ground up. Learn pose structure, breathwork, meditation and how to use yoga props with direct assistance from your instructor. Each 60 minute workshop will help you develop a different aspect of your practice: ✨🧘🏼‍♀️ Week One, 5/4/22: Intro to Meditation & Standing Poses Week Two, 5/11/22: Intro to Pranayama (Breathing Techniques) & Forward Bending Poses Week Three 5/18/22: Intro to Backbends & Balancing Poses Week Four, 5/25/22: Putting It Together ~ Full Beginner's Yoga Flow ✨🧘🏼‍♂️ Space is extremely limited, please register in advance for the full workshop series! $50 for admission to ALL FOUR WEEKS of yoga foundations and fun!
