InfraGard FBI Range Day 2022-In person event Congratulations! You have been selected to attend the 2022 InfraGard FBI Range Day on Friday, May 20, 2022. Please read this entire message for information regarding confirmation for the range, payments, directions and rules of the range. There will be a $75 cost to attend Infragard Range Day 2022. Confirmation of your attendance and payment must be received by May 6, 2022. If your payment is not received on time, your spot will be given to someone on the waiting list. If your plans change and you can no longer attend, please notify us as soon as possible so we can give another member the opportunity to attend. Please note that if you are unable to attend we cannot return payments unless we are able to fill your slot with another member. Directions: Devens RFTC From the East: Rte 495 to Rte 2 West (exit 29) Rte 2 exit 37A – Jackson Road, first left to Gate and Guard From the West: Rte 2 East, Exit 37 – Jackson Road, head east on Jackson Road to Gate/ Guard Shack If you see houses/businesses you are headed the wrong way. The ranges are located on the eastern end of Jackson Rd, just beyond the RT 2 ramps. Please plan to arrive between 8:30 a.m.- 9:00 a.m. If you arrive early, please drive and get coffee so that we do not disrupt range activities. We are required to escort you to the range. On arrival, check in with the Agent in the parking lot before the guard shack. You will be instructed where to park your vehicle. We will caravan/carpool down to the FBI Range. FBI personnel will escort vehicles to and from the range site. Rules: · We are guests of Devens RTF at the Range and expected to obey all rules in order to be able to have this event in the future. · No personally owned firearms are allowed at the Range. Do not bring weapons or ammunition. · No alcohol is permitted at the range. · Attire is closed-toe shoes and appropriate clothing (long pants recommended). · Range Day is held rain or shine. Prepare to be outside. · Sunscreen and insect repellent are highly recommended. · Photos are permitted only with the permission of the FBI personnel assisting at the Range. Photos may not be posted on social media or other shared sites because this poses a security risk. · Failure to follow the instructions of FBI personnel or to comply with safety rules will result in your removal from the range. · Conditions are “austere.” There is no running water and restroom facilities are provided through the use of Port-a-Johns. Schedule: The day will begin with a Safety Briefing by FBI Principal Firearms Instructor Craig Ring. All attendees must adhere to the Range Rules of Conduct or they will be removed. We are guests of the FBI and the Devens Training Facility. Please do not jeopardize the future of this event by disregarding the instructions of FBI personnel assisting down range. The group will split into three groups and will rotate as groups through three stations. You will have the opportunity to fire weapons carried and utilized by the FBI Agents and will have an FBI Firearms Instructor with you to provide instruction for your safety and the safety of the other attendees. No personally owned firearms are permitted. Do not bring them with you. After the groups have completed the three station activities, lunch will be served. After lunch, we will break down the range and escort everyone back to the front gate. Range Day will be completed by 1:00 pm.
