Allowing you to ground within the sacredness of you. The magic will be present in this Kundalini infused embodied yoga class. You will be lead to connect to mama earth to help ground and settle you and to be able to receive the motherly love she has to offer. Through movement, you will be able to release the stagnant energy that has been built up within you to make room for healing energy to enter. You will then be lead into a guided meditation allowing you to come home to your inner goddess and receive insights of your infinite wisdom. You will be invited to connect to the energy of this black new moon and receive her clarity. The class will be conclude with a crystal sound bath to activate the heart and womb spaces.
