Its with deep uncertainty but I know it is for the best that I look for a forever home for my female blue ring neck parrot Winnie 😣 in the past year i adopted to 2 cats that were needing a home and was in hope. They would all get along, Winnie is very social and likes to be out of her cage but i cant does this for her as often now as the kittens see her as a toy, Winnie can say hello and in time once she feels comfortable with you and trust you she happily jumps on your arm or shoulder, im not sure if this is from her previous owner but she doesn't like hands near her as she see them as they are going to hurt her so i just use my arm and she gladly gets on. Please if truly interested give me a text and i can tell you more about her like it more if the person adopting had a ruff bird background and if so will know this type of breed are abit nippy and take abit to train.
