Join us with Mark Dollase of Indiana Landmarks as we explore "Main Street Makeovers and Co-creators" Transformations of small town Main Streets are happening all over Indiana. Like the people who live there, every community is unique and their ways of seeking renewal are as varied as their residents. Come learn about What is historic preservation, and what isn't? Turning old buildings into something new, and the advantages of owning a building in a district listed on the National Register of Historic Places! (Hint: Sheridan's Main Street business district was listed in 2009!) Main Street Sheridan | A New View is a series of six free workshops to explore and inform property owners and residents of best practices used in other communities to revitalize their Main Street.
