I am going to be moving here within the next 2 months or so and am trying to find some people that I can jam with and write some fun music! I love to write heavy things but I also love funk and some good melody. So I don't strictly want to play metal. My techniques include slapping, tapping, fingerstyle, and double thumping. I would prefer to not use a pick if possible but I am open to it if the music calls for it! I really want to make some new friends that enjoy music as much as I do! My inspirations are Tesseract, Monuments, Mudvayne, and KarnivoolI was a soprano 1 in high school with little (if any) ability to sing below the staff. Since focusing on my lower range, I'd say I'm a soprano 2/alto1. I have a very wide range of musical interests, but maybe not a wide range of singing styles. I feel I'm best with Rock, RnB, Alternative, Indie, Folk, Soul, some others. Not a fan of country really. I played the trumpet in middle school and high school, but I don't really know any other instruments. I'm interested in just for fun sessions, or (with the right fit) serious gig/studio times.
