Growing Property Management Company has hired Aspen Personnel Service to help the find two hardworking, friendly, people to join their team. These positions will assist with flipping and painting apartments throughout their North Idaho communities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prep and paint apartments Assist with cleaning and turning apartments Assist Maintenance team with a variety of other duties including landscaping ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES Prior painting experience a plus Hardworking and self-motivated Happy, fun and able to communicate with residents Reliable and trustworthy Growth oriented – If you rock this job we will pay you more and promote you!!!
