B&W Argentine Tegu, just under a year old, roughly 2 ft long and healthy. He would be pet only as he cannot be used for breeding due to having his hemipenes amputated in October because of a reoccurring prolapse. He enjoys time out of his tank and being able to roam the house, appreciates a warm lap and soft blanket. He can be handled, but as tegus do he will twist and claw if it isn't what he wants to do. I have not had a problem with biting, but I am very cautious during meal/feeding times as he is obsessed with food. He eats a wide variety of foods; ground turkey, chicken breast, beef liver, cod, f/t mice, dubias, collard/mustard/turnip greens, squash of all sorts, blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries. Him needing a new home is no fault of his, I work nights and am not awake enough during the day to spend as much time with him as he needs. Asking a rehoming fee of $350 He is currently in a 6x3x3 pvc enclosue with a radiant heat panel connected to a thermostat. And arcadia t5 uvb fixture/bulb and 3 extra light fixtures installed incase mores bulbs are needed for heat. This is also up for sale $2500
