AN INTRODUCTION TO THE FOUNDATION OF CONJUGATE TACTICAL AND THE WS METHODS OF TRAINING. Join "Gus" Westside Barbell Master Strength Coach and founder of Conjugate Tactical, along with the Fully certified staff of Misfit Strength Jan 9 in Houston TX. What is Conjugate Tactical and What is the T.I.P? The T.I.P. Workshop is an in depth one day workshop introducing all that attend to the Conjugate Tactical application of training, the ONLY Westside Barbell approved system for "tac-athletes." Learn the origins of the methods, programming basics, an overview of the system, training organization and much more. Our host facility Misfit Strength will also opening their gym for a pre-workshop training session for everyone, prior to the start of the day. THIS WORKSHOP IS OPEN TO ALL, but attendance is limited to 40. *A portion of all proceeds will be donated to The Westview School. The Westview School is a private non-profit school for children, ages 2-15, with autism spectrum disorder.
