Join us in movement to raise awareness and donations in support of mental health. Mindstrong is an impactful, fun-filled fitness, tennis, and social event that will raise awareness and donations in support of Mental Health Awareness Month. Donations will benefit Chicago-based non-profit organization, Hope For The Day (HFTD) which focuses on suicide prevention by providing outreach and mental health education. ​Participants in the Mindstrong event have the opportunity to choose up to four signature Midtown exercise programs, including yoga, high intensity interval training, Cardio Tennis, and more. The Cafe or the outdoor turf (weather permitting) will be available for the duration of the event serving light refreshments. Pop in and out of this space as your exercise schedule allows, and meet some great, new people. Guests welcome, no membership required for this event. This class combines weights and cardio bursts to create an experience like no other.ReGen: Promote recovery, relieve tightness, and improve posture through dynamic stretching and targeted trigger point myofascial release techniques.Vinyasa: Synchronize movement and breath to cultivate strength, balance and serenity in this all-level yoga class.Mindfulness & Yoga: Mindfulness practices combine with gentle yoga to reduce stress, strengthen your mind+body connection, and improve your wellbeing in this all-levels class.Battle: Join the Battle with this intense, military-inspired strength and conditioning workout. Take on battle ropes, medicine balls, and more with a battle buddy to achieve unbeatable results.The Challenge: Give max effort in weekly signature workouts. Compete against the clock and yourself to build strength and achieve peak athletic performance.Voltage: Track your heart rate and push yourself through intense movements to maximize your effort and results. This HIIT workout is powered by science and sweat.Unite: Work together as a group and use functional gear to build strength through circuit style workouts.Cardio Tennis: A high-energy tennis workout that features fast-paced drills choreographed to heart-pumping music for players of all ability levels.
