This course explores why and how to integrate manual therapy with traditional modalities and therapies to improve patient outcomes. By the completion of the course, the student should: • articulate two reasons why the research often fails to support single intervention manual therapy studies • be able to list at least three reasons why an integrative manual therapy approach is needed to improve patient outcomes • with assistance be able to show two methods for how to integrate manual therapy and traditional modalities into traditional patient care to optimize patient outcomes
