Description

Unblocking the Path to Love: a Couples Workshop to help you and your partner gain a new perspective and improve your relationship. Experience a full day dedicated to understanding and learning strategies to strengthen and improve your relationship with your partner. This workshop will help you to better understand what is really going on inside your hearts and minds that creates both a powerful connection with each other and also some negative emotional responses - that can sometimes block the path to love. Based on the most current science about love and connection - attachment theory - that has proven to show powerful results in clinical practice. In this workshop you will: - Understand how romantic partnerships are shaped by each person’s map of love – our Attachment Styles. - Discover your own and your partner’s attachment styles, - Understand what is behind your negative dynamics: why each of your ‘moves’ during conflict can sometimes leave you both feeling hurt, misunderstood, not valued and alone. - How to strategically use the 5 love languages to strengthen a positive connection with your partner. - Learn better strategies to understand and communicate your needs and feelings in a way that brings you closer to each other while strengthening your relationship. Limited spots available. This is an experiential workshop that can only accommodate a limited amount of couples at a time, so you can actually practice what you are learning in a safe atmosphere while being supported by trained therapists. IMPORTANT: This workshop is NOT recommended in cases of recent betrayal, domestic violence, addiction, and other mental health diagnoses. Please contact the organizers if you are unsure if this workshop would be beneficial to your specific situation.
