By simply breathing and listening to heavenly sound frequencies during your meditation you can clear out the inner clutter of negative thoughts, anxiety, and stress-induced tensions held in the body. Throughout your Sound Healing Journey, you will feel your energy recalibrating itself through your body which will leave you feeling lighter, liberated, elevated, and deeply peaceful. You will increase your receptivity to the resonance, light, and phenomenal power of your heart. Treat yourself to an inner retreat where time doesn’t exist and you can tune into your bliss. We’ll be integrating:• Intentions for centering,• Mantra chanting for grounding,• Breath-work for embodiment “Being immersed in beautiful sound makes meditation easier for me as I'm able to relax deeper - instead of getting lost in the clutter of my mind, I become lost in the sound, and it's an amazing feeling!
