Over the last 24 years, I have observed a reoccurring trend among most sales representatives, which is a data gap when determining the health of their territory and personal wealth scorecard. This is not just your territory's monetary worth but an accurate blueprint that creates time, renewed energy, personal wealth management, and most importantly RELEVANCE. The money topic is always a bit sensitive as it seems none of us ever have enough if we are honest with ourselves. However, it is tough to find an environment where sales representatives can be open about personal goals, professional goals, financial pressures, and professional development. The common theme I have experienced is that successful territories thrive when the money piece is balanced. Sure, most of us feel that things will be easier and less stressful once we get to said metric. When in actuality, something else seems to always pop up. My goal is for each of you to have an updated financial blueprint to help you meet your professional and personal goals. During this weekend, we will identify financial opportunities hidden in your territories that may allow you to diversify and develop an accurate economic blueprint that can help remove many of the pressures that sales representatives face.
