Meet the Cal Poly students who will fly through the startup process this summer at the 2021 May Entrepreneurship Forum. We will be introducing the newest CIE Summer Accelerator cohort, with alumnus Scott Edwards as our guest speaker.
Scott graduated from Cal Poly in 2013 with a degree in industrial technologies. He is now the founder and CEO of Drop Water, a startup enabling the use of compostable, biodegradable and eventually edible packaging materials on a massive scale.
We will host an interview with Scott, facilitated by Jay Singh, talk about his experience as an entrepreneur. Following the interview, we will have a Q&A with those in attendance.
The Q&A will be followed by the 2021 CIE Summer Accelerator startup pitches, during which you will meet Cal Poly's most promising student-founded innovations before they launch into a summer of building their businesses.
