The Alliance for Felix Cove & the Museum of the American Indian Present: INDIGENIZING TAMAL-LIWA WELCOMING OUR RELATIVES BACK TO TOMALES BAY Relatives, Once Tamal-liwa (Tomales Bay) was filled with Indigenous ancestors in tule canoes & later boats to fish and travel. The Alliance for Felix Cove and the Museum of the American Indian are offering two workshops to prepare for a tule canoe launch on Tomales Bay this November 2022. Inviting Indigenous Communities to learn with us.
