ParkNation is an experienced Manufactured Home Park Investment and Management Company. We specialize in acquiring, stabilizing, and managing mobile home park properties where success is measured by performance. Our focus is providing management services, growing occupancy, and stabilizing the current footprint of properties while improving the quality and efficiency of our property management services with the purpose of developing/refining a scalable model with the achieving exponential growth. We are looking for a thorough Maintenance Technician to undertake the responsibility to preserve the condition and functionality of our residential properties. An individual who can work independently while at the same time possessing the ability to use common sense to accomplish the tasks required efficiently and effectively with a high attention to detail. Someone who is self-motivated and willing to step in and help wherever necessary. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards • Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.) • Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary • Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality * Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc. • Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) • Maintain and close out detailed daily service orders • Daily upkeep of exterior property grounds • Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills & Abilities: • Proven experience as maintenance technician • Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems • Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods • Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices • Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills • Willingness to work overtime if needed • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Other Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus • Ability to speak Spanish preferred. • Must have own basic maintenance tools • Clean and valid driver’s license - you will be working at different properties • Must pass background check and other pre-employment screenings If interested please respond with your resume and contact information.
