Relaxing Yoga and Soundbath meditation in the park. When we gather in circle to heal, especially outdoors we shift the vibration of the planet. We invite you to enjoy a relaxing Sunday with yoga and a sound bath… This offering is worth well over $80 but we want to be able to offer our medicine to those who May be financially effected by these tumultuous times. So we are offering it donation based. This offering will be held at West end park. We will send the direct location the night before our session. Bring your mats, yoga blocks. blankets, water and whatever else you’ll need to enjoy some movement and sound medicine.
