See Jane Adventures and Moving Mountains Fitness have partnered again to help you build strength and confidence on your mountain bike. You can expect to improve your biking skills by learning and practicing the six fundamental skills as well as having access to a mountain bike specific workout and training program. We will focus on skills and drills with your bike and then take them to the trails to put those new skills to use! Our focus is on empowering women and helping you build confidence and endurance (physically, mentally, emotionally). Plus, it's tons of FUN!!
