Looking for subs for a duplex remodel and rehab. Siding, windows, doors, drywall, trim, flooring, kitchen, paint, fixtures etc.
Mostly cosmetic work and need to make it clean finished and ready for renters.
Will need general labor as well as skilled carpenters.
May be doing multiple projects if I can find the right person to manage and run the job.
