5 Course Italian Wine Dinner with Advintage Partnered with Advintage, you will enjoy a fabulous 5 course dinner prepared in front you by one of our incredible chefs, Chef Vince Bieneteuolo while exploring 5 wine varietals from different Italian regions. This evening is an opportunity to grow your culinary and wine knowledge. Chef Vince discusses cooking tips and preparation methods and Steve Hadden gives us a deep dive into each wine! 1st: Burratta with Heirloom tomato 2nd: Arancini with basil marinara 3rd: Panzanella with Fruit 4th: Wild Boar Ragu and Pappardelle pasta 5th: Grilled bread, cheese and fruit tray Cost for this dinner is $85/person.
