Description
Found a nice pup tied up outside Bellingham Grocery Outlet 4/19 and left for a number of hours. Dog is a medium sized female with a red coat and white chest. It was getting dark and cold so we took her home. She’s warm and being fed, but still a little spooked! I’m sure she’d love to be reunited with her owner :’(
