Bring smiles to our veteran’s newborns! The welcoming of a child is one of life’s most precious moments, with all the joy, excitement, and responsibilities that come with being a parent. The VA Central California Health Care System (VACCHCS) would like to ease some of the burdens of being the parent to a newborn. With your contributions and donations, we will not only bring smiles to our veteran’s newborns, we will also contribute to the well-being of both the veteran and their child.
