A Healthy Lynnfield, a community partnership working to promote healthy choices in Lynnfield, is sponsoring a two-part zoom workshop series for members of the Town of Lynnfield boards and commissions on the topics of diversity, equity and inclusion. The sessions, led by Susan Nalmark and Manisha Bewtra, are designed to equip members with tools to improve cultural responsiveness and reduce bias in their work. Session 1: Building Shared Language (Choose between: Wednesday, December 9 or Thursday, December 10 from 6:30 – 8:00p.m.). Developing shared language Understanding what is gained by addressing diversity, equity and inclusion An exploration of culture Town data and observances.
