MMclay is having a Second's Sale! It’s almost time for our Spring Seconds Sale! What’s a Seconds Sale? Seconds are slightly flawed, nonstandard, or leftover sample pieces that we make available to shoppers just twice a year. This sale, pieces will be discounted at either 30% or 50%. If you’re a fan of handmade ceramics—which we know you are!—you’ll definitely want to be there. When is our Spring Seconds Sale? One day only! Saturday, April 23rd. Where will it be? This time ‘round, our Seconds Sale will take place at a different location than its been in the past. Only a few blocks down from our Showroom, Michelle, owner of TINT Gallery at 149 Gough Street has been gracious enough to share her space with us. While you’re hunting for pottery, check out the new exhibition “Lay Bare.” How can I shop? We’ve made it a tradition to raise funds to donate each Seconds Sale. For this sale, MMclay has decided to contribute to Homeless Youth Alliance this Seconds Sale. HYA provides accessible, non-judgmental outreach, one-on-one counseling, and medical and mental health care, as well as creative and educational workshops, syringe access and disposal, and accurate up-to-date referrals and information to young adults who live on the street in the Haight Ashbury neighborhood of San Francisco. In order to secure an early entrance before 2pm, we ask that you donate any amount to their organization. Please go to "Tickets" and follow the prompts. No amount is too great or too small! Only shoppers who’ve made a donation can shop between 11-2. The sale is first-come, first-served. The space will allot about 50 people, so you may have to wait in line, even if you’ve purchased a ticket.
