HUNTINGTON STATION, NY — Two Huntington Station homes were burglarized over the span of a few hours, Suffolk police said. A West 22nd Street home was broken into at 10:30 p.m. Saturday, police said. The burglar entered an occupied home, displayed a gun, and stole money and jewelry, police said. The thief is wanted for first-degree burglary. An Oakwood Road home was also burglarized around 5 a.m. Sunday, police said. A burglar entered the home, was approached by a resident, and fled without stealing anything, police said. The burglar is wanted for second-degree burglary. Anyone with information on the burglaries may call 1-800-220-TIPS.
