These experiences with our mother; neglect, overbearing, disapproving, rejection, favoring another sibling over you, projecting their fears/desires onto us, psychological, emotional and/or physical abuse to name a few, have ingrained deep seated distorted programs within us that we, unknowingly, are driven by and unconsciously self-sabotage our lives and relationships because of them. In addition, there are programs inherited from our ancestors that run beneath the surface negatively affecting our lives in many ways.
