Hey there, I'm searching for an affordable room for rent. I'm female, 35 and work retail, part time due to a disability. I'm currently on a wait list for an apartment thanks to the department of rehabilitation. I'm currently renting a room from my mom however her getting a dog has really upset our neighbor to the point I dont feel safe or comfortable here anymore. I have roughly a year longer to wait for my subsidized apartment and am hoping to find an affordable place until then. I'm quiet, keep to myself. I have no pets, dont drink or smoke and live a peaceful lifestyle. I enjoy cooking, baking, and gardening. Anything else please let me know. Im a local and want to stay in the area. 10 years solid rental references upon request
