Puppy to Rehome

I have a 7 month old gsd, heeler, husky mix to rehome. My new apartment is not allowing him because of his weight. He’s extremely loyal and loves people, but when I got him he was from a bad place, so he still needs training on possessive aggression, and fear of men. Outside of that he is AMAZING. He likes to be carried (even though he’s 40 pounds), he loves his toys, and he loves to cuddle up with people. He’s neutered and utd on shots, and microchipped. Comes with his food, toys, collar, and leash. Rehome fee is $300. Good with other dogs, but not children under 14. Not sure on cats, but my guess isn’t a great one haha
